- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had an appt with Pamela Travis because my usual doctor was booked out weeks and I needed to be seen because I think I have developed a nut allergy. She walked into my exam room and said "I'm having a really crazy day and I have a lot I need to get done today and I'm anxious so bare with me through this appointment." I thought to myself that's unprofessional and you're supposed to keep your personal problems outside of the exam room when seeing a patient. She then proceeded to disregard everything I told her and didn't listen to me and told me to eat nuts again and see if I get sick. I'm a physician assistant undergrad and have worked as a nursing assistant and an EMT and even I know that is TERRIBLE advice. I wanted a referral to an allergist and that's why I made the appt initially but she didn't think that was necessary. I do NOT recommend seeing Pamela Travis, you're better off at a quick care.October 26, 2017by Sara Clemens
