- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had originally purchased two auto policies through Progressive from from the Clark Insurance Portland location. My experience with Matt was phenomenal. However, I recently called the Saco location as I was informed that the representative had changed. My goal was to purchase a simple liability policy. I spoke with Kelly and she basically told me that I had a "bunch of cancellations and non payments" on my previous policies (news to me). I asked for more information and she refused to give it to me. "You should just go direct. Have a nice day." was the general tone. At this point I felt insulted. So I bought direct and paid in full.
